Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Reality International and checking the required acknowledgments at signup, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this Service.

2. User Content & Perpetual Digital Release

By creating an account and checking the Digital Release acknowledgment, you grant Reality International, its affiliates, successors, assigns, licensees, and any casting producers or partners a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly perform and display, and create derivative works from your submitted content — including but not limited to your name, likeness, image, voice, performance, profile, headshots, videos, scripts, applications, and any other materials — for any purpose related to the Service, casting calls, reality TV production, promotion, marketing, or archival purposes, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without further compensation, approval, or notification to you.

This license survives termination of your account and is binding on your heirs, executors, and assigns.

3. Release of Liability

You hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Reality International, its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected) arising out of or related to the use, non-use, editing, or distribution of your submitted content or likeness, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, false light, emotional distress, or intellectual property infringement.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and release, that your content does not infringe any third-party rights, and that you are at least 18 years old.

This release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Reality International offers two tiers:

• Free: Profile creation, Personality Pulse, Warm-Up Studio (unlimited), Show Library browsing. Free profiles are hidden from casting producers.
• Reality Pro ($9.99/month): Makes your profile visible to casting producers in Reality Command, unlocks unlimited applications, Extras Finder access, AI Coach Me tools (Script Generator, Headshot Editor, Teleprompter, Magic Splicer), and a “Verified Pro” badge.

Reality Pro auto-renews monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Profile page. You retain access until the end of your paid billing period. All payments are processed by Stripe. Email confirmation is sent for every purchase.

5. Account Inactivity & Data Retention

Reality International will retain your account and all associated data (profile, media, applications, coaching materials) for six (6) months from the date of your last account activity or last subscription payment, whichever is later.

If no account activity (login, profile update, application submission, or subscription payment) occurs within the 6-month period, your account and all associated data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from all Reality International systems, including www.realityintl.com and command.realityintl.com.

We will send email reminders at 30 days, 7 days, and 24 hours before scheduled deletion. Logging in or performing any account activity during this period resets the 6-month clock.

6. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Profile page. Deletion is immediate, irreversible, and applies across all Reality International services and subdomains (www.realityintl.com and command.realityintl.com). Once deleted, your profile, media, applications, and all personal data are permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.

7. No Guarantees

Reality International does not guarantee casting success, show placements, producer responses, or any employment or appearance outcome. We are an information and coaching platform only. All casting decisions are made exclusively by third-party producers and networks.

8. No Ownership Transfer

You retain copyright in your original submitted content. However, the license granted in Section 2 is irrevocable and survives account deletion.

9. Arbitration

Any dispute arising from your use of the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Montana, USA. You waive your right to a jury trial or class action participation.

10. Scraping Disclosure

Reality International uses automated crawlers to collect publicly available casting information from third-party sites including Backstage, AllCasting, CastingNetworks, CastingFrontier, RealityWanted, ActorsAccess, StarNow, Mandy, and CentralCasting. Crawlers respect robots.txt, use 8-second delays between requests, and identify themselves with a “Reality International Bot” user-agent string.
